SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the FedEx tracking number for your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Modern Gray will accept all returns shipped back to us within 15 business days. Please email our customer service department at Hello@ShopModernGray.com or call us at 401-474-1358 before shipping your return. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping & handling. Returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging or they will not be refunded.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address' that are located within Delaware.
REPAIRS
Repairs are handled individually and will be done at the customer's expense. Please

PACKAGING
All jewelry is packaged in our signature Modern Gray pouches and boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. Please specify if you would like your boxes sent with ribbon and gift card.
