All of our pieces are custom made and can take up to three weeks to ship. We ship USPS Priority Mail, signature required.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Modern Gray wants you to be completely ecstatic with
your purchase. If you are not, please contact us at: hello@shopmoderngray.com and we will be sure to make
it right for you! We offer complimentary return shipping
on all orders within 15 days of your delivery date of your merchandise. All returned items must be in mint (unused) condition.
WHAT RING SIZES DO YOU MAKE?
Our ring sizes come in 5-10. If you require a different ring size, please contact us at: hello@shopmoderngray.com.
Our jewelry is meant to be worn everyday or on special occasions. That is completely up to you. But, just a
friendly reminder that jewelry always requires some TLC. Please store your pieces in the box or in our pouches to prevent scratches.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MODERN GRAY PIECES?
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
The Modern Gray collection uses sterling silver, 14k and 18k white and yellow gold. Some of our pieces have a brilliant shiny finish or a matte, hand brushed finish. Materials used and finishes are listed on our product pages.
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
Modern Gray's first collection is named after Grace and Amy's daughters: Emma (emerald) and Lucie (oval), Riley (asscher) and Margot (round).
WHY ARE OUR PIECES UNIQUE?
Since each piece in our collection is made to order, no one piece is identical. You will be wearing a unique piece of jewelry that is not massed produced but crafted by true local artisans.
